Roasted Bramley apple and pears with honey infused with truffles
- 1 large Bramley apple
- 2 pears
- 2 tbs honey infused with truffle oil
- 4 tbs water
- Pre heat oven to 180.
- Slice and core the apples and pears to a thickness of about 2cm.
- Place the fruit into an oven dish and add the water.
- Pour over the honey and place in the oven.
- Check after about 20 mins, you may need to add a little more water.
- The apples and pears should be lovely and golden and slightly puffy.
