- 100ml double cream, whipped until soft peaks appear when the whisk is removed
- 100g crème fraiche
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 50g fresh strawberries hulled and chopped —save a couple to slice finely and use as a decoration
- Place all of the ingredients, except the icing sugar, into a bowl and mix together well.
- Spoon into 4 small ramekins. Decorate with the slices of strawberries
- Leave to chill for a couple of hours.
