Vinaigrette - Traditional
Preparation time: 6 min.
- 4 teaspoons wine vinegar (red, white, raspberry)
- 1 teaspoon of grain mustard — optional
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Ground Black pepper — to taste
- 10-12 tbsp olive or ground nut oil
- Put the mustard if using it in a bowl add the vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Then beat in the oil.
- Taste and add more seasoning if necessary
- N.B as a measuring guide work with 1 part vinegar to 3 parts oil
