Puree of Celeriac and Potatoes
Serves 4-6 people. Cooking Time 40 min.
- 2 celeriac
- 600g of potatoes
- 70 g butter
- 400 ml milk
- 2 dsp flour
- Salt and pepper
- Peel and chop the potatoes and celeriac
- Place in a pan and pour in the milk until covered.
- Cook over a gentle heat until soft, drain and add the butter , smash with a potato masher then add a little of the milk mix, until you have a soft creamy puree
